Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan has no time limit.
- How am I billed?
- Through Shopify. The Pro charge appears on your Shopify invoice, and you approve it in your Shopify admin.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel or switch plans from the Plan page in the app, without contacting support. Cancelling stops future charges.
- Is the agent check free?
- Yes. The agent check at getscelto.com/check is free, needs no sign-up and works on any store platform.
